    Wow what a great blog with great info! Eating raw is something I strive to do and feel great when I am on track. It’s great to have all this info in 1 place! My husband started eating raw until dinner time and he has reduced his blood pressure and cholesterol and lost a ton of weight. He rarely gets sick too!

    I am finding that the more uncooked fruits and vegetables I eat the better I feel. My trainer is trying to get me to “eat clean” and I’ve been trying to stay away from processed foods. I’m glad you are going to enjoy this one! I know I am too!

    Glad you find our sites informative. Recently I found out that sprouts are full of enzymes so now I add a generous amount of alfalfa sprouts onto my salad. I tried to go the healthy way by tossing the greens with a little honey and sesame oil. No Thousand Island or French Dressing etc. It was delicious. Cheers

    My favorite dressing to do would be a little bit of olive oil, some red wine vinegar, and a touch of salt, mixed to taste!! It’s very light and tasty that way. Much better than the dressings you buy at the stores. =)
