Loving Advice for My Teenaged Daughter
September 26, 2007 |
As teens grow, they are faced with all kinds of challenges in this world. Things have changed so much since I was a teen. Teens need to know that we are there for them. Our children are a true blessings.
Loving Advice for my Teenaged Daughter
I don’t know about the rest of you but this blog has sparked an interest in me. I guess you could say it’s because I have a teenager in my home. Her name is Lauren and she’s going to be 16 years old next month.
We are celebrating her sweet 16 at Valla’s Pumpkin Patch this year out in Gretna Nebraska. We’re going to do the campfire thing from 5 PM - 10 PM. That should be tons of fun for her and her friends. We’ve also invited our family and friends to attend as well.
Valla’s Pumpkin Patch is unlike any piece of property you have ever seen during the fall season here in this part of the country. It’s like a Fall Wonderland packed with everything and anything you can think of for the fall season as well as for Halloween.
They’ve got haunted houses, pig races, cornfield mazes, hayrack rides, pumpkin patches, and all sorts of fall themed Halloween fun going on. This is going to be unlike any other sweet 16 around these parts. A lot more affordable as well.
Are there any bloggers out there with teens at home still?
