Do you have trouble with e-mail rules?

I use outlook express as my e-mail client and I have various folders set up to get all the different types of e-mail that I receive on a daily basis.

Just when I think I’ve created an e-mail rule that’s going to send my e-mails where they need to go — I get one that I could have swore I made a rule for yesterday and it just seems to fall through the cracks.

I guess the bottom line is that my e-mail rules don’t seem to really work. What is it I’m missing?
