Checkup Today is a health directory. In other words, if your site, blog or group is a health related topic then you are welcome and encouraged to join our directory. If your site, blog or group is about fitness and how you take care of your body then that is considered a health-related topic as well. You can choose your button on our bling page!
Since I like to network with others that have projects of importance going on via the Internet I have also created a “Forums” and a “Networks” section. Personally, I am one that likes to support what others are doing and love it when that passion for networking is reciprocated.

PS For those that want to support the effort of our Health Directory we have a Supporters Section which is why you see blogs and/or sites that are not health related listed on Checkup Today. (Wanted to clear that up.)
